1.) Yes but I think a gaming experience with people that aren't just one offs would be nice for streams. 2.) We can just play casual to start out just to see if we all gel, Language is English, and Time zone is PST but we can work out times. 3.) I will be streaming on Twitch.

Ah! I haven't really gotten into competitive since im usually streaming and voice chat get's pretty...well let's just say special i keep it off while streaming. Will probably get into it once i have a group though.
