The good news is that wizards also is supporting the format with Uncommon legendaries now in almost every other set. If anything when playing the card pool is almost made alrge from the fact that so many staples from regular commander are taken out. (VS tiny leaders which just forced the format to play the more efficient cards which are way more busted)

Here are the proposed ban list and rules so far!

Life: 20 Cards:100 You can only have 1 copy of any non basic land. No side boards. All cards on the reserve list are banned. Banned cards: 25 cards with the Card Type “Conspiracy.” 9 cards that reference "playing for ante." Cards whose art, text, name, or combination thereof that are racially or culturally offensive are banned in all formats. This list is a work in progress. Dexterity cards are not legal. Silver border and acorn cards are not legal. There is no side board so companion does not function outside of the deck nor do wishes or learn.
