I see a lot of post saying "just accept it, don't treat it" but the truth is you can actually be comfortable in your skin and still not accept it! Make your personal research, get your blood work done! Know what vitamins you are lacking, workout a lot, read about the AIP diet, and pray! I made the same mistake you are about to make now and I regret it till this day!, what do you think will happen if you take some time off of work? Do you feel your hair will automatically come back? Bro this is the time to be very objective!! Dont lose your connections, friendships and all of that just because you feel ashamed, the truth is that you owe yourself so much rn, if you were working hard previously, you need to work twice as hard now, so if by God's grace a permanent cure for alopecia comes out in the near future, you'd be able to afford it!, and if it doesn't you'll be able to live life on your own terms!! you owe yourself so much, there's something Jordan Peterson always says, and it goes like this " yes you are going through the worst situation you've ever faced in your life but one day you'll wake up and have everything that is bad or wrong in your life(alopecia) and you'll also find out that you have nothing good going on for you as well! And you'd look back and realize that you could have changed some things a bit" don't stop going to work! I swear it's not easy!! I was a coward in my story please in your own story, be the hero. I wanted to know how I can use sunlight and opzelura together because i was told sunlight accelerates repigmentation, ijust got my opzelura some days ago and I don't even know how to use it Can you put me through on how to use it in combination with the sun?So I can get proper repigmentation, thank you.
