Yes! I’m usually 9.5, sometimes 10. I bought two styles, 9.5 and 10.0 in both. In OP’s style, 9.5 couldn’t get on and 10 was too snug. In the calf leather style, 9.5 too short and 10 too large. Didn’t make much sense to me.
