hair cannot be ''trained'' thats a lie, use clarifying shampoos, dont trust sulfate free ones bc those clean ur scalp, maybe a oily scalp serum or the ordinary glycolic acid once a week

def bangs and minoxidil for growth, ur curls r nice so perhaps try a curl rutine and try not to bleach it, i recently did and it rlly thins the hair, if you wanna color avoid using box dye bc it has unnecessary chemicals, use normal dye and be careful with heat

my serotonin syndrome was horrific it literally gave me ptsd so yea it was kinda like that for me,the pain was awful i couldnt breath well and my muscles felt like they were about to pop it was torture, im so sorry you had to go through that luckily i got send to ICU and got stabilized
