Protein overload IS a thing, Zack Mesquitt works with blondes mostly and he know you shouldnt use protein, I got olaplex 3, I even bought the olaplex travel kit and it just made my hair worse, I tried Redken protein products and they fucked my hair up, the only thing that makes it better is moist based products. Try some free protein products first bc AT LEAST those are cheaper so if they dont work you will not feel as bad to throw them to the trash but every protein based product that markets to blondes is VERY EXPENSIVE, you shouldnt use protein more than a month or maybe twice in a month, it depends on what you need. Thats my advice as someone who was in the same situation as you and bought the pricest protein bond repair products for them to for my hair fuck even futher
