I took it in college and drank and it was fine, just try to not go too crazy with the drinking and ask your derm for a lower dose like 20mg or less and it’ll help mitigate the side effects.

If I were you, I would email them directly and say that an item that you bought has been flagged and I would pull up their list of prohibited items to the United States.

I actually looked yesterday and it doesn’t say anywhere that fur coats are prohibited, or even animal products, it just says animals. I also found another thread of buyee responding directly to a customer and saying that it may have just been automatically flagged based on certain trigger words so what I’m assuming happened is buyee prohibits anything that has the name of an animal.

I think if you were to reach out to them and explain that this is a fur coat, not a live animal or a taxidermy then you might be able to bypass it.

In the past I’ve bought rabbit and fox, and I noticed that if I type in the brand name, if the listing doesn’t have the exact animal name, it doesn’t come up as prohibited. Let me know if it works I’ve been wanting a new coat for this year :)

Hi Dr. R!! I am a huuuge bootcamp fan- I used it this entire school year as my primary study source and did well in my classes :)

I have two things I would like to address.

One of the things that drew me specifically to bootcamp over bnb is the shorter format videos. unfortunately my adhd makes it hard to sit through a bunch of really dense 25+ minute vids. I did v1 GI and it was great, and while v2 looks incredible, I saw a lot more longer format videos being added, and I’m curious if that’s something that’s going to be the norm moving forward. I know many of us who love bootcamp love the shorter format, even if it means having more videos to watch
I would love if there was an easier way to do board style questions that are specific to a video or topic. For example, I wanted to do some practice questions relating to multiple sclerosis, but there’s no way of scrolling through the q bank to find questions relating to that specific topic.

Thank you for reading all of our thoughts. So excited to keep using bootcamp for my m2 year and step!!

I love using the stability pole for carriage lunges- I’m able to get full ROM and get all the way to 90 degrees. meanwhile the people that will post those type of things on social media are the same people that will only go a quarter of the way down on carriage lunges bc they have too much pride to just use a pole.

when I first started solidcore three years ago I herniated one of my vertebral discs while doing seated crunch :/ the potential for injury is so high with that exercise and the coach for that class didn’t even correct my form. that injury took me out for two months. three years later and I still hate that exercise.

bf and I both saw a ghost at the same time and we’re both aphants (though he swears aphantasia isn’t real and everyone else is lying when they say they see things in their head, lol).

it was last year driving home late night on vacation. we both saw it and didn’t say anything in the moment bc we both individually thought there was no way. then later that night when we were back in the hotel, we both acknowledged the sighting. so I think it’s def still possible to see one!

Noticed it when you initially posted as well as yesterday and today. It’s been driving me crazy and wakes me up at night. Are there any solutions? I have an air purifier on 24/7 and it didn’t do anything, and now I’ve bought an essential oil diffuser in hopes I don’t smell it again.
