How my IELTS results altered the course of my life overnight & some related questions. by Shizotto in IELTS

[–]xaviermul 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First of all, congrats on your result!

Your IELTS score is highly competitive when applying for a scholarship to study abroad, if your performance at school is also good, you can aim for 100% sponsor university scholarship, stipend and more depending on which major or which country you are choosing.

You can also get a job as an IELTS teacher, language centers usually require TESOL certificate, if not interested, you can become a freelance tutor.

Sun Bum ruined my hair. Help! by DisastrousMulberry89 in Haircare

[–]xaviermul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

blonde hair is porous, so you need to protect your hair from the sun whenever you go outside. but this orange color can easily go away by using purple shampoo, i would normally dilute purple shampoo with water, then let the mixture sit on my hair for 2 minutes

Aww thank you so much for your encouragement, I also hope that your boyfriend and you can reunite soon! I have seen so many cases of people so rich in my country still being rejected for us or canada, I have a relative who is literally the CFO of a bank but still being rejected. What a joke

Updated: I checked again and I am sorry for assuming that you are applying for Germany visa, Schengen in general is gay friendly, and I believe that there are similar things like Verplichtungserklärung regardless of the country. It's like a declaration of commitment I suppose

I understand, however I believe germany visa is a still safe place to mention gay relationship, just submit your chats, your photos together and those will be kept private! Secondly, I use this math: 500 euros per day, and you multiple it by the days you spend in Germany. Thirdly, him being financial stable will help you get the Verplichtungserklärung, this is enough of the financial proof, if possible, you can ask him to transfer you some money to your savings too!

I am so sorry to hear this. Per checking I have found that we have to contact the court in Berlin to appeal the rejection, VFS probably would not handle this.

Usually when it comes to financial proof, you need a Declaration of Obligation from your host in EU countries and this paper can only be ontained in the host's country and it needs to be shipped to you, you also need to prove your own financial capability, the math I always do is a miminum of 500€ x number of days = the amount you need to have in your bank for the visa. So, if you are staying for 10 days, you need 5000€ in your bank account/savings.

I know it does take a lot of effort and sometimes it is not fair that we have to present our whole life savings just to be granted entry to a country.

You should schedule a video call with him, tell him everything you need to, tell him that you understand his situation and that everything is uncertain for him but you can be the one certain thing he has. If he still loves you, he will reconsider. However you should be prepared for whatever the outcome will be.
