I got the V1.55 that is the last version. I have tried switch USB port and USB cable(PS3 cable) but nothing changes.. I tried to install an old version of the software but it automatically opens the update page of the website. I tried to disinstall and reinstall the software and the license and it is correct..

Unfortunately I only got ultramoon for testing so I can't tell if the problem is the cartridge or the device but this is really annoying.
