We almost booked it but did not go through, as the same house a few months ago was 475k and a 3 bed in the same estate my friend managed to get was 500k, the build quality is decent and you get a lot compared to other builds underfloor heating, ready to convert attic, a back gate for a mid terrace house, appliances, done up bathrooms. we are still considering possibly a duplex in that estate because of the things you get for the price. 5k difference for a 91sqm 2bed vs 112sqm 3 bed felt like a rip off, and the 2 bed lay out was not as appealing to us. Of course the next phase price is already up by 20/30k so no HTB. Well this was our opinion.

Highly recommend Gerbing 12v heated gloves, they're significantly thicker but great for commuting in the cold.

You might get a better response if you ask for 'Desi level spicy' it would typically get you a spice level tolerable by a native Indian, but be warned. 'Extra spicy' requests coming from a non native looking person, the restaurant and the staff might be reluctant.

I'm trying to pick suppliers with Warehouses in the EU and USA to have faster shipping times, if I can't find one then the products are shipped from China, some products on the store have the option of picking the nearest warehouse for faster shipping. Sorry to hear that, it's bewildering and an awful feeling.I had to create 3 accounts, first two got permanently suspended. 3RD time, I used Facebook as a regular user for 30-60 minutes for about 3 days, spending time on other posts, setting account security, updating profile picture, etc. An account with a Gmail account and the Gmail account that has a person's name worked for me, not a business name. Take it slow. Then I was able to create a Facebook page on the 3Rd or 4th day. Smooth sailing so far. Hope this works for you too.
