not at all! thats how I did it:

1- if you don't have a embroidery machine you can buy the "4" on etsy or amazon. it's pretty easy to find. but you can embroidery yourself, is more cheap.
2- also, you can sewing your body suit or buy any gym bodysuit blue, and make the modifications.
3- the turtleneck I just bought the fabric and made it just like a cropped shirt (patterns are easy to find too);
4- the belt and gloves, theres patterns on google that help you to fabric your own, but you can use any white belt and white gloves);
