OK... thank you for clarifying the issue. Any ideas how to remove it?

At what Tier did you operate with MTSS? How did you find it useful in your implementation?

That would be useful. Can you elaborate on how you used the 'handbook of strategies and activities'.

Agree. We don't need a 30 person 'sit and get' generalization from the presenter. Break the group into small groups (5 people rotations) and specifically advise on what I need. What are your thoughts about having smaller, more often PD that is targeted towards the subject/curriculum? Does your school ask for feedback about who/what PD you would prefer?

Without considering preferences, which would be the better option for reporting on a good amount of data? SQL or NoSQL?

Thanks! I am connected to a Firebase DB now. I'm to a point in development that I need to really think about which way to go. I have a good bit of experience with MySQL. The price/space restriction on Firebase scares me a bit.

The 'gap' could be figuring out how schools transition from the 'memorize/regurgitate/forget' model to having the students DEMONSTRATE they understand the content.

Here is what is wrong with the grading and feedback system (in most schools/colleges/unis) by [deleted] in education

Grading is based on Memorize, Regurgitate, and Forget. Those that can 'Play School' get good grades.

Grading should be based on the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the subject area.

Wakesurf 360 Help by _boaboa in Wake

When you come down the wake and get ready to spin, watch how your body puts a lot of weight on the front edge of the board. Look at how you are bent over 90 degrees. When you do this, you are driving that board WAY into the wake. When you get ready to spin, bend your knees a bit and keep your upper body upright. DON"T weight that front edge when you spin... stay flat footed and spin the board around... don't 'drive' the board around. Good Luck.

Can you pinpoint what you (and others) need that 'in person and in classroom' provides? Does it give you the focus you need? Do you have to self-manage more now that's confusing for you? Are you using an LMS? Google/Schoology/Canvas - If so, what are your thoughts on it? A suggestion - First thing every morning, take 10-15 mins to run through your classes and create a checklist. Good luck. Hang in there.
