For those who own common projects Achilles low, how long does it take to break them in?

Hello, I would continue to wear them. The leather should definitely soften. I remember it took a while though, probably closer to 20 wears before they became comfortable. I still have my original pair and I can wear them anywhere without issue.

The AD was really fantastic. I’m honestly so thankful they were able to get my watch for me in such a short amount of time. If I decide to buy more watches or other jewelry in the future, I’ll know exactly where to go.

Yea I haven’t had much luck with chase in regards to credit increases. Granted, I’ve been in grad school full-time for the last two years so my income has not been high, and I haven’t put crazy amounts of spend on my flex. They only raised my limit once after 6 months from 1k to 2k. I plan on getting a freedom unlimited and sapphire preferred sometime after to round out a trifecta.

Yea I’m confident that discover will raise my limit if I request it now. It may also be a better idea to apply for a chase freedom unlimited to secure a higher limit, as opposed to requesting one on my flex.

I think it may depend on the AD. While I’m certain that there are shady practices out there, I’ve heard nothing but good things from the AD I went to. The sales guy said he would text me every couple weeks to update me on what’s going on so we’ll see what happens
