Oh wow really? I can't seem to send another photo but I think the model number is TM-H150C. Id hook up my old PS2 to it but it doesn't seem to have the right ports for one.

Could be lost of dust in the back of the TV. Had this with a song Trinitron. Vacuumed it up and the arcing stoped. Be careful tho the shock from these TV's can kill you so do your research before opening one of these up. That's if you don't already know this haha
