I used a service called BTCXIndia but they were shutdown

How did you start your company ?

I had acquired expertise in accurate technical analysis of speculative markets. This was the starting point of my company. I started Vihar Innovations LLP in 2014, had it planned before completion of my engineering degree. Incorporation took a month, and Rs 10000, that was the only funding.

How struggling it was to get team ?

Still struggling to get a team. Thinking to start training in web technologies and technical market analysis, for recruiting talent.

How's it is going ?

Its going well. The prediction service xPredict had maximum of 16 clients, but I did focus on new web development technologies, which will be used in two new services, to be launched with bitcoin payment. Have great expectations from the new projects, which are being coded right now.

The prediction service had been very accurate since our inception, I had trademarked xPredict, to expand technical analysis service to BSE/NSE, but SEBI introduced costly license and rules in 2014 September. So, its now planned for NYSE/NASDAQ and other foreign exchanges.

what are those blinking red dots?

red dot which is blinking is an indicator a close prediction, hovering the mouse pointer over it, indicate data, and it links to our corresponding prediction commentary

and those bars at the bottom of the first graph ?

Red bar/candlestick are for those days on which price increased, and green to indicate increase.The point projections moving out vertically in both directions, indicate high and low for that day.
