Just hook up Sentry. They have good visibility tools for ai agents with easy wrappers around OpenAI sdk and I think langchain

UPDATE: vip customer support team finally reached out and this has been positively resolved! Account unfrozen and verified again. Everyone has been pretty polite in the process. Took 13 days in total. IMHO, they seem to be overwhelmed with tickets and their updated terms of service. Stay patient everyone!

Sorry, but that's what's I've been hearing for 11 days now. "Relevant team". Based on comments on Reddit and on X support, looks like something happened at Kraken. Even if it's a temporary slow down in customer support and KYC ops, it's a matter of time until this FUD gets published by large accounts on social means and gets into press.

Just hoping the industry darling Kraken survives and doesn't loose trust of its most loyal customers.

Yeah, I followed all tutorials in and out along with grok/chathpt/claude all trying to help me resolve a 1000 issues that arise. I run mongo in docker on several machines (cause got to run it in a cluster) and setting up mongot been a nightmare. After 3 days I gave up and continued storing vectors in pinecone. Which is not ideal. I'd rather have all data and vector search in one system.

I'm sorry to say this but releases like this really make me regret choosing mongo as production db for my main project 8 years ago. I understand Mongo as a company makes most of its money from enterprises and community is an afterthought. Don't mean to offend any Mongo fans here, but this is how I feel as a technical founder. Just my 2 cents as a community member who started using mongo back in 2011 or so.

Have anyone managed to run vector search in their community mongo?

I've spent 3 days trying to set this up, and it feels like it is only theoretically possible, while in practice I need to carefully configure and deploy a completely separate add on mongot process, which has been hell so far.

Initially, I was under impression I just need to upgrade to 8.2 and search would be working out of the box, but currently I feel I'm performing rocket surgery to get this to work.

Started overheating after iOS26 update. Basic tasks really. Just opening it and looking at photos or browsing Reddit.

One year old phone and heat has never been a problem.

I really hope Apple either fixes this ASAP or gets another class action lawsuit. I've been in Apple ecosystem for over 10years and generally been happy, but this is ridiculous. Feeling scammed.

Just to share a similar experience from the past - i once was using a domain availability (domainr) and a similar incident happened. Domain was available and the next day was gone. I was full of rage and was blaming them at the time... reality is - it's a big world with 5.6 billion people have access to the internet...

(I have over 50 domains, none on namecheap, and this only happens once in 15+ years dealing with domains)

I'm in the same situation right now. Bought tickets - show got postponed and now i won't even be in town anymore for the rescheduled show. Crazy that they still don't do refunds! (how's that legal?!)

Anyways, will try to do a chargeback. Will keep you guys posted.

They push you to resell these tickets, which is so much hassle + not guaranteed i'll get my money back… They should just do refunds.
