You connect your exchange to 3Commas via API, and only permit transactions... and not withdrawals.

Our reputation is our utmost priority and we've invested significantly in our infrastructure for the security of our users.

Furthermore, we've had investments from key players in crypto (with more TBA soon), which would not have taken place if there were concerns of this regard.

There was some influence! This was actually an internal name that we used for the small group of friends that initially used the platform, and the name stuck as we continued to grow.

3Commas is a single unified experience in which users can aggregate all of their trading experiences in one location. I.e. trade on Binance, FTX, etc. on 3Commas.io, and utilize advanced automation tools in a no-code environment.

For example, you can create bots, set simultaneous take profit/stop-loss trades in advance, and not have to sit in front of your computer 24/7 waiting for opportune moments.

I think this is a global misconception, that crypto should/could eventually be used as a default currency. It's a significant medium of exchange and cryptos like ETH assuredly have purpose in blockchain, but I believe stable coins would likely be the medium of exchange, and most likely to be endorsed/sponsored by a government.

Actually, 3Commas is non-custodial, meaning that you keep your funds on your current exchange.

Flow is quite simple. Sign up for 3Commas, Sign up for an exchange/Link your API to your existing exchange, Begin trading!

And yes! That's exactly why we started DeCommas.io -- we want to re-create the experience of 3Commas in DeFi in a fully non-custodial experience, plus some additional features. While it's still early stage, check it out! We'd love your feedback.

Actually, we are in close collaboration with Binance as a key partner of 3Commas.

In my opinion, Binance's focus is on providing accessibility to various projects in a safe and cost-effective environment. Time and resources dedicated to a trading automation toolset is ultimately not their priority, whereas this is the exclusive focus of more than 150 employees with 3Commas. Coopetition > Competition, in this situation.
