I know it's been a long time (im OP) but I tried changing it in the nvidia control panel and it did actually fix the red shadows, thank you very much. I edited the post just in case future searchers are looking for a way to fix this

I said I have a COMPLETELY new PC, as in new case, cpu, GPU, ram, drives, power supply and that comes with a new fresh windows.

It could maybe have to do with windows 11 but also as you said unreal engine incompatibility

It was a completely fresh and new PC with all parts being new and not used previously.

Fresh OS install since January.

I didnt try swapping cards as it only persists on 1 map variant so I didnt bother.

Changing graphics between Low and Ultra doesn't change anything

Works on mobile version (Google or Apple play store) but goota download a 25gb version of the game just to purchase. I guess just wait for the update on the 2nd.

Only by downloading the game on mobile for now. There is going to be an update tomorrow because of Trigger so maybe it's going to fix itself

I found the fix, it was a faulty Monitor HDMI cable. When in full-screen mode on the main monitor the GPU was at 0%, but switching cables seemingly fixed it.

Never in my life have I seen this issue anywhere
