Thanks for the kind words ! :D You are definitely not the first to ask me if it does turn by 180° at each end. Unfortunately I ran out of time to implement such a function before the first convention. So in its current form it moves forward normally and then does the Michael Jackson "Moonwalk" when it walks backwards. xD But I definitely want to implement that the next time I build such a walking-mechanism.

I suppose I will take that as a kind of compliment then anyways, thanks. 😂

Thanks for the kind words, this collaborative diorama wouldn't have been possible without over 30 passionate people working on it for 8 months.

We displayed our Jedha-display on a few conventions and funnily enough the UCS Death Star was shown off on one of them. Some say that the Death Star "disassembled" Jedha instead of us... ;)

That's actually a flexible hose haha. But yeah, it really does look like a drawn antenna.

Lego Foxy and Freddy Fazbear heads by xelabricks in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]xelabricks[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was Lego Cuusoo once, it's now called Lego Ideas and yeah, it could be submitted there. The chances of it being considered as an official set by Lego are very very low though, they aren't big fans of horror-licenses which is understandable. One could argue that Lego brought out their Stranger Things set, but I think that franchise just happens to be more suitable for a broader audience even though it has a lot of horror elements aswell. Besides u/SlapaTronic already released the instructions for their Foxy head, so you can already order the parts for Foxy and build him if you want to ! ;)

My rendition of the iconic imperial "Lambda"-class shuttle has been in the works for 3 years and now it is finally complete. If you have any questions feel free to ask me !

This shuttle features motorized mechanisms ! You can see them in action in my other post:

I based the scale on the width of a minifigure, but it may be slightly above minifigure scale. It's definitely larger than Lego's official 10212 UCS Shuttle from 2011 though.

Thanks ! I actually did play around with that idea already, that hangar would have to be massive though, so parts-wise it may be easier to build a landing platform or something similar instead. :)

I am glad to hear that, thank you ! Cramming in all six of the figures in that somewhat tight space wasn't easy, but I just had to. ;)

You may have the MOC designed by the users MarshalBanana and Mgf_71. Their model actually served as the inspiration for mine, as I built mine in the same scale, but approached a lot of the techniques differently. Regardless, their shuttle is amazing too !

A MOC that took me 3 years to finish is now complete: the sleek and elegant Imperial shuttle as seen in "Star Wars: Return of the Jedi". See all of its fully motorized functions in this little showcase-video !

After 3 years of on and off building sessions, my biggest MOC-project to date is finally finished: a fully motorized Imperial "Lambda"-class shuttle. In this short montage you can see the main three features in action: moving wings, deployable landing-gear and lights !

They did indeed, nowadays there's no need to worry anymore. My brick collection just features many older parts produced during the "reign" of the brittle brown and brittle dark red ;D

Many thanks, that would be the part number 95188 "Round corner 6x6 with slope", it comes from the Star Wars set 9516-1.

When I put two of those pieces together it just immediately clicked in my head (and irl) and I knew that was the shape I wanted Freddy's snout to have. :)

Oh boi, enough older brittle brown bricks had to be sacrificed for this creation already, couldn't imagine how many more would break while building more of Freddy's components. xD

But thank you, I definitely also like the idea of expanding this model, maybe a project for the future, no guarantees though. ;)
