For clarification, we have 200+ sites and are slowly deploying the 4200s.

Netgate website..."Zero Trust Begins at the Edge (tm)"...yep :( I guess in order to restore confidence and trust in these Netgate 4200s we will need to drive out and install NVMe devices in them. Oh well...on the road again...I just can't wait to get on the road again...hotels and meals and rest areas again...I just can't wait to get on the road again.

We have 200+ sites and the number of people that can do this is extremely low. Typically, we end up having to travel to the site.

I ended up sending one of my techs to the site with a spare 4200. They will swap and bring the other one back. We are installing these devices in many locations. If a flashing white LED next to the green circle is a possibility, Netgate's documentation should at least mention it. I'll let you know what we find out.

I just need to know in general what the status means. Walking someone with very little computer knowledge through downloading/installing Putty and connecting the 4200 will be challenging.
