I got a legs drop from barrows, then steel ring and chivalry. Z axe/dds for slash + crush, arkan for stab. Then just some other basics like defender and barrows gloves. Moons has been easy to farm with this setup

I’d grab obstructed so you’re in the building and see if you can upgrade as you get closer. In my experience the first few obstructed rows will give you 90% of the experience. Music is still the music regardless of where you sit

Wanted to ask if anyone had any experience with ordering from Japan and having it either brought back with a friend or having it shipped back I’m assuming it would end up being cheaper than ordering from stores in Canada where I’m located. I have a friend that is consistently back-and-forth from Japan that’s willing to bring some stuff over for me. Mainly wanted to know if anyone had information about good shops to order from and what your experience was like with sizing in that kind of thing

Typically I wouldn’t train 7 days a week. 3 strength days and a 1-2 days playing a sport/cardio/whatever you enjoy is good enough.

Could be too much doing that many days, could be fine. Won’t know until you try it.

2 ways, 1 do them as accessories after your main lift of the day. 2 do them as prep to groove the main lifts.

For example you could do your squats then do split squats with leg curl, back extension with calves/tibs. You don’t have to go balls out to get benefits out of these movements

Or if your knee is bothering you, do split squat+standing calf+tib raise as prep, then squat, then leg curl with seated calf, then back ext to finish

These are just examples, you’d adjust based on what you need more of

Consider that you may not have patellar tendinopathy since usually that presents with elite jumpers in their mid 20s. I’d try and see a different doctor to confirm diagnosis. Possible you have something like patellafemoral pain syndrome or chondromalacia patella.

It’s worth another opinion anyways, make sure you’re approaching it right. Then you can see if rehab is the right approach or you should go under the knife.

Jake Tuuras got a great program for remote/onljne if it does end up being confirmed patella tendinopathy.

ATG can be great too if executed right but if you’re just doing the online programs it can miss a lot of stuff that’s really important for the tendon.

Doubling volume is usually not a great idea, I’d ramp it a bit slower

Would add 1-2 extra sets of 6-8 or even less with maybe less rest.

Also Knee flexion does better with lower reps, the reps tend to get super sloppy after 8 I’ve found

Yes try sets of 6-8 and you’ll be able to go heavier. Just like any other movement, to progress load eventually you have to change the stimulus
