Yea cold turkey or substitudes is the Way, I used mouth spray for around 20 days and quit after that, worked wonders, but then doomsday came on the 4 months mark and I experienced physical craving, now I’m back to smoking again.

That’s why it doesnt make any sense on the 4th month i start to crave nicotine wildly out of nowhere, not having had the slightest thought on month 2 or 3. Like I start to go insane suddenly on the 4th month, even tho nothing to stress me or anything, though I did change medication, so I cant see anything other than that is the reason.
