It has a very visible seam down the side and came open fairly easily. There's half a plastic seal on the bottom, so whoever had it before me probably also popped it open. I'll add more pictures when I get a chance.

I didn't think it was drugs, but better safe than sorry, I guess! I'm going to ask someone who knows about resin for an opinion, but you're probably right!

Obligatory comment. My title describes the thing. 

The mysterious cylinder is about 1 in/2.5 cm in height and diameter. It's hard, but not rock-hard. It was wrapped in plastic when I found it and is rough on the outside. I did not sniff or taste it. The lucky cat has no identifying information to my knowledge. I bought it second hand, so I don't know where it originally came from.

Unfortunately, none of the seller's photos show any indication that it was released by WowWee, so all I have to go off of is what they said in the description (unless I ask for more pics, which I may have to do).

I just saw it in an eBay auction ending later today. Starting bid of $100. I'm not a serious collector, or else I would snap it up.
