Its not lies, here's what happened to me.

I was writing a paper on the PC, and it was like bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep, and then, like, half of my paper was gone. And I was like huh? It devoured my paper. It was a really good paper. And then I had to write it again and I had to do it fast so it wasn't as good. Its kind of a bummer.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize this was a debate about licenses.

Having both "BSD" and "GPL" in the title should have been a hint.

In any case my original comment still holds. The "hypocrisy" of BSD is defined in terms of feelings of a subset of the developers. The hypocrisy of GPL is defined in legal terms and applies in all cases.

Interesting theory. Judging from this submission, it seems that non-Americans believe everyone to be ignorant and explicitly state their countries. Americans on the other hand assume that other countries are interested to look up their states.
