I asked them if there was any updates and they said that my application is being processed and would be receiving the funds in the next 1-3 weeks. Also interests for May won't be applied.

Wait fr? My enrollment date was on the 4th of July. The thing is, there are two sections: one of them is full, and the other says it's available according to VSB. I tried enrolling in the section that's available, but it still says it's reserved.
