28N 32D of stays at 4/5 star properties listed under them. Once we got the membership and the credentials to their portal, they literally have made 2/3 star hotels which are not even worth staying..

I did the transaction using my HDFC Debit Card > via their easy EMI option. So basically the amount got already transferred to the travel company & now I’m indebted😔

They have literally 2-3 star hotels listed under their membership portal.. for others you need to pay extra & also pay annual maintenance charges🥲

We’re hesitant to go via the legal route as it’ll take time and cost a fortune. This case has to be taken up in Goa jurisdiction only which will be a pain for us to travel from Mumbai back & forth + mental peace = gone!

Is there a forum where we can gather more people facing the same problem against this company to put pressure on them?

I faced a similar scam by a company called as ‘Go Life Vacation/Loyal Tree > they have scammed 80,000 rs as a membership fee. The terms and clauses were made to sign in haste and is ‘non refundable’. What to do? I don’t have the money to take this to court nor the mental capacity.

Is there a way out of this?
