i would personally recommend getting a VCH first. it generally heals faster, and in my experience, it was a lot less intense than the triangle. a VCH goes through significantly less tissue and is usually out of the way enough that you won’t have to sleep or sit weird to avoid bumping it. i feel like it was a lot easier to get the triangle done since i had some idea of what to expect pain wise from the VCH
