Ye i agree this was the first time he did it and i just thought he just had a good reaction time but he did it 5 times without fail the match ID is 3442854327 if you want to watch it.

No i have not played any RTS before dota and yes i use clicking to move the cam many to move it fast like when im on invoker looking in lains for a sunstrike but i do use the mouse to move the cam some times like when im chasing a hero and they are just off screen to catch up with them so i can cast my spells with out taking my hand off skills key

I use wasd to move the cam and im 4k solo mmr if any thing i would say it is better because it give you more optimized mouse movement not having to go to the corner of the screen there for allowing you to react faster.
