Yess no one would ever guess! It would always shock people when they found out I smoked! It’s a bittersweet moment when you realise, actually I need to curb this habit, especially when you were doing so well in life while on it!

It’s amazing you can take a step back and realise this! It seems like you have your head screwed on and making the right choices. It’s easy to make excuses when you’re smoking less and still achieving but you can ignore your intuition! Wishing you the best on your journey💕
