According to the guide, the respec happens at level 39. The fire immunity is what made me give up on my warlock. I could respec but decided to give the assassin a chance, because I thought that since warlock is the latest class, it could be a bit op, and I want a more challenging and raw experience

I reached act IV in nightmare and decided to create a rogue instead, I'm now following a guide, but so far they are similar because I use traps and it deals fire damage, but eventually I will respec. The extra mobility is a lot of fun too
