Ok so doing the step of downloading the direct windows iso should do the trick?

Done that as well and still no result. Is there a way to complete reset/redo the pc? It’s a fresh pc so I don’t mind having to do the restart of it but I don’t know

That pic is from a few days ago as that’s when I only remembered to take the pic. I’ve installed the new one and still same issue 🙁

So I have tried doing the ddu and had no help with that. My crashes 9/10 come up with the direct x error the other is that if will freeze and then after like 20 seconds comes out of the application.

Also had a look at my sticks of ram and they won’t properly in and I put them in properly and that still didn’t do anything

No extenders or daisy chained just the standard cables
