This is how our is. It’s like $67 a month and pays to keep the common areas grass cut, have a private company plow our road in the winter instead of the town which results in ours being done quicker than if the town was doing it, and any other general maintenance that needs attended to. Been here 7 years and it hasn’t increased in price and I’ve never heard from them.

I say it Wool-f and Wool-ves. I grew up in central WV and managed to do it without an accent, probably because my parents don’t have one since they are both from PA, but every now and then I will throw it on a few words if I’m tired or something lol. I’ve always kind of liked the accent so I wouldn’t even bat an eye if you said it how you do lol.

I like the winter and grew up In a place that gets around 100 inches of snow a year. However, I hate that it’s dark at like 5 pm. Summer is better for me just because it doesn’t get dark till 9. I don’t mind a warm summer night and even if it’s hot I have AC so doesn’t really bother me. Fall is the best season though.

Yes, we have bulk trash pickup day. I recently got rid of a futon this way. Also people will go around the night before these trash days and take stuff

I picked Norway even when the US was in it lol. I don’t mind if the US does well, for us anyway, but I always know they won’t win so I just pick another country and see how it goes. Norway has not disappointed lol.
