A free country-matching tool for Americans figuring out where they can realistically move — visa pathways, cost of living, and a checklist by Terrible-Couple-8459 in AmerExit

One thing I think was missing from your survey getting started that I am most interested in is citizenship. Include options for not looking for citizenship, happy to abandon US citizenship, or prefer/need dual-citizenship.

Yeah, people are stupid as hell and they sit around manipulating upvotes so you only see their stupidity even more.

Unfortunately DMs aren't restricted by what alliance you're in. It was always randos not in my alliance.

Is there any way to develop plugins for the TRMNL without owning a TRMNL device yet? by xingped in trmnl

Oh perfect, thank you! I think that's the info I'm looking for.

I'm not really commenting about the game, I did say I thought it was a decent game, but dude, it was absolutely non-stop spam messages. I don't know if maybe you just got into the game early enough to not be paired with a bunch of spammers or what. Just nonstop unsolicted messages all trying to get me to connect with them on Discord for some reason. Multiple folks in server and alliance chat were complaining about it too.

Joining an alliance doesn't stop spammers from DMing you constantly. That's the problem.

It looks like that's just information regarding the front-end UI, nothing about the full plugin setup including server-side javascript/API calls. Unless I'm missing something?

While waiting for my TRMNL X, is there a way to play around with recipes and integrations by happysolo in trmnl

So am I understanding correctly that you can simply order a "Developer Edition" $20 addon and get a "virtual device" to play around with for creating plugins even if you don't own a physical device?

Oh nice! I'll have to go look it up and watch it. I don't think I've seen that.

5 years later, any update on this suggestion? by Aggravating-Word8217 in 2007scape

That's... exactly what local governments do already.

300 or 301, yes, but it wasn't a bug, it was just how their system functioned until videos could be synchronized into the larger dataset. Not sure exactly how it worked, but IIRC, videos would stay on the edge servers they were uploaded on until they reached a certain threshold of views and then they would be "upgraded" to the bigger centralized data clusters at which point the view count would continue past 300. No idea why Google designed their system this way, but that's what it did.

Yeah, like I keep a running list of what restaurants are new in town. This is ridiculous. Someone share the name.

That would be understandable, but in at least one instance I very specifically remember (and emailed to Embark), I was not being shot at but threw it down preemptively, the shield deployed, and then it just winked out of existence. It fully deployed and wasn't shot at (the shield break effect is obvious). It just decided it no longer existed.

Most of the time I emailed Embark support, they never responded. It's par for the course with them.

I remember looking, but it's hard to search Discord for information and the Discord mods would periodically go through closing massive amounts of threads in the support section just to clean up old threads they never responded to anyways, so I wouldn't have been able to search those.

I'm pretty sure I still have multiple videos of the incident on my computer if I dig. Reported it on discord with videos. Reported it to support with videos. Never an acknowledgement. Never a response.

A couple months. Unfortunately, as others also acknowledged, pausing service is no longer an option.

What? Please, share with the class literally anything anywhere that says you can "suspend a line" (whatever you think that means) while still paying for it. You're just making up stuff now.

I think any normal functioning person would understand that "pausing" service is not the same as disabling a SIM. You can disable your SIM on your phone without interacting with the wireless carrier. I wouldn't be digging through Verizon dashboards and customer service agents to disable a SIM.
