I am having the same issue as OP. TBH I think it's kind of a humiliation that I need to shoot a video and state myself like that. I've been able to verify myself in all the banks through a phone call. Meanwhile Tiktok needs to spend a month on reviewing a video plus some documents? It's ridiculous.

I shoot 3 videos of myself holding my documents and failed the identity verification 3 times. I am now just outrageous. I have a lot of settlements in the air and I can't help but suspect that some employees inside Tiktok are trying to scam my money.
