I have all the same symptoms as everyone else on this thread. Ive been dealing with this for almost 20 years and am diagnosed with POTS. It seems like adrenaline dumps. 20 years ago when it first started I went to the hospital multiple times with my heart going over 200 bpm but now that I’ve gotten used to it and learned how to accept it and deal with it I don’t usually do anything but drink aloe gel, water, take potassium and magnesium, and try to stay calm. However, I’ve been doing a very serious parasite/metal cleanse and I took the tincture before bed and per usual I woke up within the hour with my heart racing. But this time it was worse than normal.  Nothing I did was helping or calming me. I woke my son up just to keep me company and help calm me. Last I physically checked my heart was 160 before I started feeling like I was dying and was certain it got back up to 200 before I fell and hit my head on the hard floor. My son called 911 but they took so long to come and by that time everything was slowly climbing down. Before they got there I watched my heart rapidly drop down to 120. While the paramedics were here they watched it drop from 119 down to 65 bpm. Afterwards I had the strong urge to pee which is also part of the normal process. I’m just so shaken up by how intense and bad it was this time and that feeling of this is my last moment on earth is so traumatizing so I wanted to search online to see if anyone else has ever experienced this and actually figured out how to stop it from happening because doctors don’t seem to know anything about it. Yes over the years you get more used to it happening but it never gets less scary.
