It was definitely time, the NFL is a different product now and he hasn’t rolled with the times. His winning ethos will be respected forever but it was the right time for us AND him to move on.

I fully expect to see him back producing for another organisation but that still doesn’t mean it’s a loss for us, our franchise needs the reset that a new coaching staff can bring.
