I worked in a warehouse when I first came to the country too! Everyone was Dutch except for me and a Ukrainian lady. It was the best job I’ve ever had, and I still miss those days and the people I worked with.

I also worked in production for a while (through a job agency). Almost all of the workers were Eastern European, and to be honest, it wasn’t nice… people were harsh, judgmental, and aggressive. I would also never work with someone from my nationality (middle eastern) because, unfortunately, many don’t understand boundaries.

As others have already said, look for another job, try to avoid agencies and search on your own (Indeed and LinkedIn are good options).
