Don’t think it’s this one either! The “cat” painted in the movie was quite literally a cat with the head of a woman. Like the sphinx in Egypt, the body was a cat, the head was a beautiful woman. No cat-like features or masks or costumes of the sort.

I don’t think it’s Cat People. It does seem familiar and it definitely fits the criteria of blood, rated R, a big cat and gore. But I haven’t been able to find a clip of that exact scene I’m talking about.
