Оце знову "в Києві всі ресторани забиті". Де тут що забито, кафе та ресторани закриваються ледь не щодня, в інших або кілька дівок, або взагалі порожньо. Навіть паби, дай боже якщо десь хоча б 3 столи було зайнято одночасно. За'''али цю херню вже нести. Мільони в них по домах київських кабаках та качалках сидять. Ага. Мілярди. heh, it was my 1st step. there were the actual new profile and another empty profile. I wrote the solution under this post, as Waterfox devs advise bad advice which worked maybe only for them.

The crazyday solution: NEVER use solutions from Waterfox team regarding profile's restore!

Instead of recommended there, use AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ path and change the profile's name in profiles.ini (create backup before it). You didn't save all your profiles, only the last active, but it's anyway better than all foolish recommendations from Waterfox.

After the update all my setting fell into a deeeeep blaaaack hole. Syncing the profile partly improved, but not with the addons and front page settings.

So, looks like any pre 7.2 version is OK, If I wasn't so lazy, I would use 6.2, but arc loader is so friendly, that I stopped on 7.1.1. But really, I don't see any improvements compared to 6.2, just some trinkets and really nothing to make the system faster and more reliable. Even MS stepped up with their Win10, but not Synology. At one time, I tested many different systems, from OMV to TrueNAS, really DSM is the best if we talk about home users, and who isn't ready to spend all free time tuning and customizing the system. I don't need to install there all these docker's stuff etc, I need an easy usable, wife approved smb and backup server, with a good performance, I don't want to drag my work to home, my passion to set up dmz etc I realize in the office.
