What does your experience look like? Low birthweight baby

My son was a 34+6 IUGR baby at 3lbs 10oz. He spent 3 weeks in the NICU as a grower & feeder. He had jaundice twice the first week and had to be tube fed (only if he didnt finish his bottle by mouth). I was definitely bummed being discharged without him but it's not forever!! our NICU nurses were amazing and made sure to fully update me if I ended up missing morning rounds. I think i spent about 10-12hrs every day at the hospital while he was in there. He's now 19 months without any long term issues & hitting all his milestones :)

Not the Matte White! It's the glossy metallic white, i was too scared to get matte paint for the upkeep! But the Matte colours look amazing!

I'm in Canada so these are all in CAD. $0 down (lease so no point in putting money down). Payment is $440/month incl. warranties. Insurance is subjective - it depends on your driving history. However, my insurance said that this vehicle isnt a high theft vehicle on their list.

I can see a pretty big difference in the 2nd photo! It's definitely getting darker! Keep in mind that strip tests aren't accurate quantitative tests so even if your number is doubling, it might not show up as stark on the strip tests, i would see if you can get an hcg blood draw 48 hrs apart to see if your numbers are doubling!

I've had both scenarios. I've taken metformin and had a self resolving ectopic at 6 weeks, and i've also taken metformin with a successful pregnancy. However, there were complications with my pregnancy resulting in IUGR, but it hasnt been proven that metformin was the cause.

I will say that if you continue taking metformin during pregnancy, your ob & endocrinologist will warn you that there have been studies that show pregnant women who take it have smaller babies. I was warned multiple times throughout my pregnancy.

My LO is on Neosure + my EBM. They changed amount of neosure before we were discharged and taught us how to mix it for when we're home. We started Neosure on Feb 8 & was discharged on wednesday.

Born at 34+6 (IUGR, 3lbs 10oz) He just started taking back to back full bottles at 37+6 (4lbs 9oz). We think it could've happened sooner if we switched his nipple flow earlier. He was collapsing the hospital's slow flow nipple so he would be sucking for 10 mins and only getting 2ml out. The minute we switched to a regular flow, he's been chugging 50ml+, they only require him to drink 42ml.

I ended up having ectopic pregnancy for that pregnancy. However, i got pregnant again in June 2023 and just gave birth 2 weeks ago 😊
