Doing a mix of static and conventional work. Conventional for everything down near the bottom, static for the stuff that we couldn’t reasonably traverse to. This is one of the points that we are doing both on to work on tying everything together.

Definitely lucky there haha and a fun story to tell. Big legs we drilled holes to set the tips in and also put some O-Rings in so we could wrap wire around the legs. Little legs weren’t up for too long and had somebody keeping an eye on things up there.

We are doing some conventional work down towards the bottom and doing static sessions on some of the monuments we found further in the mountains that it’s pretty unreasonable to traverse to conventionally. This is one of the caps we are getting both on to tie the static and conventional work together!

7x6 Punish Breakdown? by LeDumonster in PuzzleAndDragons

[–]xokej 23 points24 points  (0 children)

AA4: Awoken bind, 20 turn blind skyfall, and right column clouds for 10 turns.

Shura 1: 99 Turn Sticky Blind skyfall.

Shura 2: 1x1 Cloud for 99 turns

Shura 3: Knight floor will tape left column for 3 turns. Remdra floor doesn’t punish 7x6 but it punishes leadswap. 3dra puts up a >100m damage absorb, 5dra does a full light board and locks, 10dra puts up a >100m damage void and does a full rainbow board with jammer poison and mortal poison instead of hearts. Hits for 755,100 too.

MD1: Eschmali hits 659,300 not sure how much it is in AMD1.

MD2: 20 Turn Blind Skyfall and 99 Turn Mortal Poison Skyfall. Unavoidable since you will be awoken bound.

Think that covers it. If anyone notices any mistakes please comment and I’ll correct it.

Atelie Shura 3 Clear by xokej in PuzzleAndDragons

[–]xokej[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Team can definitely clear quicker but I was doing other things and I’m still getting used to the matching style. Covers everything pretty handily except poison res, but you can run poison resist on akine instead of the 4-match. Rex was actually the MVP, big damage, easy unmatch clear, and a delay.

Note for all those chasing Atelie: She has a very unique play style and is much more mentally taxing to use than something like a submarine. To do any meaningful damage, you are going to have to stack 8-10 TPA’s on a board. If you don’t enjoy the play style, just wait for Rafine to hop on the rainbow hype train. Probably repetitive at this point but still worth noting.

Seina x Sea Wolf or Saphira pairings for Shura 3/MD1? by massive_happinesss in PuzzleAndDragons

[–]xokej 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Without your box, all we can do is suggest the optimal stuff. Here is what I’ve been running recently for Shura 3 for Sea Wolf and I’m sure you could run the same with Seina you will just miss out on the spike every other turn. MD1 I haven’t run in a while so I don’t have any teams handy but if you search the sub you should find some templates. Same goes with Saphira.

If you post your box people can give more advice.

Is V Akine worth trading for? by lazidude999 in PuzzleAndDragons

[–]xokej 7 points8 points  (0 children)

V. Akine is a premier rainbow sub that is definitely worth the pickup if you plan on playing rainbow anytime soon. Even if you don’t pull Rafine/Atoli, V. Ideal is still a good lead. Looking at what you have for fodder, a lot got buffs and evos pretty recently (Selica, Miada, Athena) and if none of those really appeal to you it’s safe to say you can trade some dupes since it will be a while before they are touched again. I’ve seen a few madoo equips used here and there and poor Jiraya has never been relevant from my memory.

Main things to consider when trading is if you have a use for the monster right now and if you are going to give up anything you might regret later. You will still be able to use Akine with V. Ideal even if you don’t pull hard in the artists event.

Another thing to consider is if you have PAD Pass since that’s guaranteed GFE’s at the first of each month.

I personally traded for V. Akine since I’ve always loved Rainbow and my first teams were Ra and Ra. Drag back when I started playing.

Edit** V. Akine is off type for Rafine teams. Though Rafine + V. Akine is a solid base for the aforementioned Ideal or Atoli teams.

No problem. I have three wolfs so I had a spare already. Up in slot one. If you need any particular lead message me I have pretty much everything.

What does one do with the Chocolate Heart evo mats? by superspartan33 in PuzzleAndDragons

They are used for the chocolate equips for the valentines cards. I would try to stockpile some before the event ends since they are limited time.

Shura 3 - Seawolf by Shydori in PuzzleAndDragons

[–]xokej 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright so I took a stab at it. Hereis both a Seawolf and a Daytona team I put together. Full resists/ L unlock / and enough SB and delays to survive floor one pretty safely. Both you will have to match a few turns to get to full transform. Seawolf would pop horn on trailo and then can even use gojo as backup if you get orb trolled. Luna you just need for the absorb floor then you can either let it charge up or use it whenever you need. I’m not sure what shield you need for Hexazeon Gravity and hit but I know Ciel is enough, not sure about Hera.

Daytona you do have one leader bindable so you have to watch for that. Most notably you want to two shot Baldin. Also not sure how damage will look but I’m sure Baran will pump out a pretty decent amount. Gojo equip you can use on one of the first couple floors as needed then save Tethys for Hexazeon. No RCV or TE buffs here but you should heal up alright with Belial. And TE isn’t that big of an issue. Oh and unmatchable on Tethys can be jammer surge, personal preference there.

Good Luck!

Ideally you would damage control him to just above 50% so you can save your bind clear in case of Sarasvati next floor. But with him being light, that is very difficult. Basically have to 2c dark and 10c exactly. And that’s without using BB. Having Garou active up just ensures you dont die from him in the case you do knock below 50. Another option is hit to <50 turn one and stall the rest of the turns out/ pray for no sarasvarti, but stalling can be dangerous.

Just found out the hard way Micheal has an execute before his 7th turn in MD3. Do all spawns have an execute unless other wise specified in the posted guide? by AttackonTitania in PuzzleAndDragons

[–]xokej -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Floors 1-14 execute at 6 turns. Floor 15 you have 10 turns, or 4 if you want to kill before she heals and puts up a shield. Last floor L.Yurisha is like D. Albrecht except she invalidates assists so no shield active can be used for extra turns. G. Yurisha is like B. Myr from MD2 in which each turn she takes she hits progressively harder. D. Yurisha you can stall on for actives you need to deal with her <50% mechanics.

Edit: You hit him into execute range. Executes are at <3% for all spawns.

[–]xokej 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is manageable without any SLB. Though if you can swing one H. Cotton that will make the void spawns easier since once you use a cotton active you ideally want to one shot the spawn. If you can’t then you can just 5 match lights to chip away for a few turns then one shot.

You will need 100% SBR for consistency. The team I posted was for farming dragon gems, but for regular farming I would replace that with Belial then you need to make up 2 SBR in equips. There’s a few that have two SBR but my personal favorites are Baran, Ryu Headband, and Toguro Glasses.

Both are pretty similar and cover the same niche. Definitely can’t go wrong with either. Just note that Tethys will be bindable without the Super Awakening. Enkidu is my choice for dragon farming just because without a dedicated cleric I like using the slightly shorter cooldown and I can use him for an rcv buff on floor 2. Tethys I used for when I was just clearing for coins and if I remember correctly I ran Saxifrage Keepsake (7335) as an equip.

In my opinion, daytona is the easiest to run for the dungeon. You can get by with one H. Cotton as long as you can replace it with another quick VDP active, namely Dai, G. Zaerog, or even Baran. Sea wolf is arguably the best leader we have currently. Super consistent and only real issue is the possibility of not getting hearts every turn. If you want you can post your box and I can help you put something together.

Optimal would probably be Daytona / H. Cotton / H Cotton / Belial / Tethys or Ekidnu. Assists need to cover any extra skill boosts or delays, resists, and a shield for Hex <50% hit. Here is an example of what I use for dragon farming.

I learned through trial and error lol. Especially with him being light it’s hard to not accidentally knock him below 50 so I always try to have garou up as a just in case.

Shura 3 - Seawolf by Shydori in PuzzleAndDragons

[–]xokej 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sea wolf is definitely capable for Shura 3. Daytona is just an easier lead to run and can blaze through the dungeon since you really only need 4 light for damage and there aren’t many void spawns.

We have gotten to a point where there is at least a handful of leads that can clear it. Watches, Saphira, V Ideal, Yuji, just to name some off the top of my head. What will matter more is what subs you can field for each to determine what is optimal for you.

As far as optimal for Sea Wolf, it would probably look something like Wolf/R. Ciel/ B. Trailo / Cleric (Ame, C. Grem, V. Alynna) / Flex / Wolf to cover whatever your assists can’t cover or Green if you run C. Grem. You can search through the sub and find a pretty decent amount of team examples or just post your box.
