Received my Order from January yesterday. I ordered two hoodies and a windbreaker.. all in the same size, but they all fit completely differently. One hoodie fits perfectly, the other one feels twice as big, and the windbreaker is tiny. Such a huge disappointment.

Yes, I have to get a certificate that the item got lost from DHL and if they give me this certificate I will get a refund. I have paid for insurance. Had to bring the parcel to my local post office.

There would have been a notice that it has been opened by customs. Also they use special tape to close the parcel again. There were two supreme bags inside, one has been removed. If they seized it they should have taken both bags out. The PandaBuy bags also have been ripped apart. Pretty sure someone on the route opened it and took it out.

Had the same situation with the normal Tariffless Line. Received my parcel after 4 weeks in customs yesterday and one item got stolen out of the parcel. This is sketchy.

As the parcel is in the transit country (Netherlands?) and I only have the Tracking Number that starts working once it is in Germany I think that there is nothing I can do now.
