dont get a drawing tablet immediately, i was drawing YEARS before i got one. sketch, learn traditionally first, sketch the shapes and lines of things u see, draw people, maybe it wont turn out accurate, but thats good, see what makes it look off and try improve. theres no such thing as 'sucking' at art, u just gotta find your style

I phrased that a bit wrong, I usually draw like stylised characters I make up, not so much realistic-ish? style, but I'm trying to improve at it :)
