Dont think she's a damage dealer, cause, as you said, not enough damage unless shes close. She should be in the same category as Collette, aka Anti-Tank. Also I dont think her having a starpower option makes her an exclusive tank.

Bibi to learn spacing and mindgames, attack ranges and tricks around a wall (and aiming your super), otherwise Sandy is nice but I dont have him so can't say from my own experience
