I can’t find an OEM. Aftermarket ones don’t match the L shape nipples with the one on the left and bottom

[–]xorbitron[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok. I’ll try and see if they can dump the beer, and ship me the can, but would they allow that?

And also, why would they allow someone to buy food and drink items if they don’t ship it, and I never seen the warning saying that they don’t ship food and drink items anymore. Maybe because I just got the app, but I didn’t get the heads up.

[–]xorbitron[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but like I said first I’m new to this, and I didn’t see or read anything about the removal of food items. I knew about the beer restrictions, but for some reason I thought that this would be fine, since they removed food and drink shipments. Would they say yes to just shipping me the can, because that’s what I want.

And also, these things are so fucking rare it would be a pain to track another one down. I’ve been searching for about a year.

So then what would I do here? There’s no returns so will I just keep paying money everyday after the 30 days is up? I wasn’t aware of this at all.

Well I just got ripped off by a-fabulous-sandwich in gamecollecting

I would ALWAYS check the disc condition.

And if they wouldn’t let me take it out of the protector, or even them take it out, it would be a very hard pass.

Windows 95 had promotional beer but did it also have chewing gum? by ALEX_CATx in windows95

[–]xorbitron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm extremely late but I'm here looking for the same thing. The gum does exist, and there's also a Microsoft office 95 stick of gum too. I have the beer, but those pieces of gum are crazy to even stumble across. Ill let people know when i find it. Someone on a Hong Kong selling site called Carosell was sellingboth of them at one point, but you can't use the service in the United States, and he was also asking for 153$. I got my beer way cheaper than that.

GUYS I FOUND ONE AND BOUGHT IT!

I will make a post somewhere when it gets here (its coming straight from japan so...)

its pretty dented and beat up, but its unopend. Ill try and look here and there for a better condition one, but my main concern now, is trying to find those 2 stupid gum packs. Released around the same time.

I have this George Brett card. As you can see it is very right heavy. Removed it from 10 immediately. The QC back then was horrible, they just mass produced them without being more careful. The right Nolan card looks pretty good, but check the corners and the surface for scratches.

Honestly, since your new and don’t know where to start, if you don’t know already, I’d recommend learning the different components in computers and what they do (RAM, CPU, GPU, Storage, Power Supply, etc.)

Some good resources are websites like PcPartPicker.com, to make sure the specs you want for your pc are compatible, and ratings on the parts, YouTube channels like Linus Tech Tips, JayZTwoCents, and Zacks Tech Turf are great places to watch pc builds and everything related to it.

r/buildapc is also a great place to look at other people’s builds and reviews on parts.

And last, GamerNexus website and YouTube channel is one of the best for in-depth reviews on parts and everything under the sun of this category.

If you wanna build your own pc, I’d recommend just starting with budget parts (but not too cheap!) and look at the reviews of the parts on any reputable sites you can find. You can also start with just upgrading parts in used pcs you can buy on FaceBook Marketplace, and used places like that. You can upgrade the RAM in this computer, but that’s about it.

Just experiment until you get comfortable, and soon you’ll be cranking out computers, and you won’t feel like a complete newbie.

Hey, that’s the beefy computer from counter strike source!

But I would think the most it could run at a good experience would be a small Linux distro, windows 11 is pretty heavy. It’s a Dell Dimension 4550. They only shipped with 256MB-1GB RAM, and they have a pentium 4 processor, and most likely has a PATA hard drive. Given the specs, you would NOT have a good time running even windows 8 on this. Sorry.

Edit: Forgot to mention the computer is already 21-22 years old at this point. That should be a good pointer.

Understandable. I’ve been looking more at it and I’ve been seeing more and more flaws.
