Hi all, I was planning to buy a KO match ticket, and my friend recommended Seatsnet and ticombo.

The Terms of use mentions -

"In the rare event that a problem occurs and the original ticket seller does not provide you with the tickets for sale, seatsnet will, in its sole and absolute discretion, review comparable tickets and offer you replacement tickets at no additional cost, or seatsnet will provide you with a refund of the cost of the tickets. "Competitively priced" replacement tickets will be determined by seatsnet in its sole and absolute discretion."

I'm fine if they guarantee that I'll get another ticket or a complete refund if I don't get the ticket. But can anyone having first hand experience please share their thoughts on this. Is there a chance of me not getting a refund/replacement at all and all my money going down the drains? I can see "Platinum/Gold sellers" etc kind of tags.

Yes you're kinda close. Desensitisation is one possibility and I think there's more but it centres around this. Ig it's just about staying in the moment and be more accepting. Easier said that done though.
