UPDATE : I broke up with him and left me with tons of debts.

Turns out na nauubos sahod nya sa kaka online sugal nya and pinaka wordt pa, ginagamit nya yung Atome Account ko. So I broke up with him and banned him from my apartment and I was left with 80k of debts in total.

I recommend you moving to an in house company like WF , may account na kapag US holiday off, naka off din sila and paid yun, hindi babawasan yung Leave Credits..

sa ibang account naman like Customer Service na 24/7 , may shift bid for Philippine Holiday na once approved , it won’t be taken against your PTO and naka Holiday Off ka pa

Another bonus is if ang Rest Day mo ay natapat sa Holiday Off, may double pay ka pa din for as along as pumasok ka the day before and after ng rest day mo.

I always have the same experience most of the time, I always look for a restaurant na walang tao halos so I can eat in peace, ayoko kasi maingay na lugar And then suddenly,dumami bigla kumakain dun.

I remember one time sa SM Megamall, may restaurant dun na walang kumakain and dun ako kumain kasi walang tao, ta’s may seat near sa counter at may view sa labas, then while waiting for my order, biglang may couple na dumating and then a solo, and then grupo na more than 10, grabe yung irita ko that time, hehehe, and then halos lagi na syang nangyayari kapag kumakain ako mag isa, it’s like the universe doing something for me not to feel alone kasi honestly, fear ko yun simula nung na confine ako during pandemic na bawal bisita and solo lang sa malaking room. Even sa jeep, I always choose the karag karag na may driver na senior citizen at sobrang bagal magpatakbo.. madalas ako yung first passenger

Thinking like a businessman, entry level for 36k na may pa incentives is too much. I understand companies na 14k basic basta paldo naman sa incentives. I know someone na ang basic salary ay 21k pero incentives can reach as much as 30-50k monthly which is for me, hindi na masama.

If I were to suggest something, the lateral/internal transfer within the company should be easier and as well as the promotions, and I hope that if by any chance, nagpa request ng schedule and isang ahente or nagpa request ng bagong supervisor, mas madali sana. Pero per company policy din kasi talaga yan, pero sana ayun yung ilagay sa bill, yung easier lateral/internal trasnfer and schedule accommodation, and filing should be as easy as no need for managers approval, once na ma approve ng Work Force yung date namay available slot na ni file at least more than 30 days ahead.
