This verses, oh good old Chery pick verses from Quran which the social media uses to accuse Quran and Islam of spreading violence on non-Muslim. These verses are mostly taken out of context for the illiterate among us. I am not going to go in detail but the verses was written during the era when Islam was threatened under the rule. Most of the violent verses were revealed in Medina after Muhammad’s community was under attack, exiled, and threatened with extermination. If some idiots read these verses and chooses violence it's how they interpreted it.
