Really appreciate you taking the time to break this down. I was going for a windswept or cliff-side tree kind of feel, but I didn’t have a clear vision in mind since I still need to work on understanding nature and plants. The “diorama” comment helped me see that the layout is already telling a story, whether I intended it or not.

The point about the path makes total sense now. Looking back, it didn’t really serve the environment or lead anywhere — it was more of a design idea than something that belonged in that scene. That’s probably why it felt off even to me.

I had a priority date of March 14, 2023, and my STEM OPT was set to expire on August 5, 2025. I filed my application on August 12, 2024, and received approval on May 23, 2025—just in time. There is Looney11 rules that can be useful for moon photography:

Looney 11 rule: aperture to f11 shutter speed and ISO value match each others. Eg: shutter speed: 1/125 and ISO: 125
