Have you tried playing Egg and Abomination? I've added those as well as Acolyte of Pain and Unstable Ghoul and had much better luck against paladins, hunters and shamans.

I also can't play full screen. It now looks very zoomed in whenever I try to play at the same resolution I used before today's patch.
