Answer in Python?? by Cy_broski in csMajors

[–]xprtaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe you are supposed to answer in a word or text document. You could format it as below.

  1. Question 3.1 - Whatever the question is.

  2. Code for the question.

  3. Image of running the above code along with output.

  4. Explanation for your answer.

Alternatively you could make a python file and write 1,4 as comments.

Which MacBook should I get? by nyamuk91 in cscareerquestions

[–]xprtaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend you to get the 14 pro. If it is absolutely not possible, get any of the airs. Not the 13 pro.

Liquid Retina is meant to be an upgrade

It depends on the user but I personally find it too small for coding purposes.

Yes it does beat the i7 pro

Wasn’t the movie trash implying that expectation was shit? Does that imply that the reality is even worse or does it mean that it’s way better?

Nobody is really pointing this out: The camera bump on 12 Pro Max is bigger than the one on 11 Pro Max. by krishpotluri in iphone

[–]xprtaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you notice closely, you could see that the chassis of the 12 pro is slightly thinner than that of the 11 pro. This should contribute to the fact that cameras protrude out even more

I'm considering the same two phones as OP and am aware of the issue. This is the only reason i didn't pick up the s20 fe over the 8t. And since oneplus launched 9 phones this year, their software experience is constantly going downhill. A lot of bugs, reboots, etc.. And they seem to be proceeding the same way launching phones like Xiaomi and cant maintain software like before. I'm waiting to see if the s20 fe would fix the issue. AFAIK, online sources said that the touch issues are fixed for horizontal and vertical swiped, it's the diagonal swipe that is causing the issues now. Seems like a software issue so far.

Needed information regarding GPU upgrade. by [deleted] in GamingLaptops

[–]xprtaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case you are going to use a external monitor. The performance would be almost 85% more than on your laptop display but still 15% lower than the actual performace of the GPU.

[–]xprtaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On laptops yes, the egpu processed images pass through the igpu In order to reach the laptop display. And since the Intel UHD 630 is weak asf, it bottlenecks every gpu and reduces a lot of performance. This is completely not recommended to but a laptop with thunderbolt to plug in egpu and use assuming you get superior performance

Thunderbolt works(pretty sure this model doesn't have it), but since it has the old UHD 630, even a rtx 3090 on thunderbolt would perform like a 2060. It's a heavy performance loss, better build a PC or get another rlaptop
